Policy of refund,repairment and replacement


We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition.

 

1. Return and full refund

--Products with quality problems, if notified in 14 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refunded.

--Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will give you a full refund.

 

2. Replacement

--Products with quality problems, if notified within 30 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and replaced.

--Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.

--We will all the necessary pay shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.

 

3. Repair

--Products with quality problems, if notified within 1 year (from the date products were received) can be returned and repaired.

--Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.

4. Return and partial refund.

--iDealhere.com cannot give a full refund for quality problems such as:

“The product does not look like the ones in your picture.”

“The product is not what I’d imagine it to be.

“I am not satisfied with this product.”

--We will deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.

 

5. Returned back and ship again.

Customers have to bear all the cost of shipping fees between the turn-around transportation(from the first departure port to the final arrival at buyer's hands) for following conditions:

--when cargos were returned back by ignored notification of the buyers' local post office.

--when cargos were returned back by the reasons of customs block come from buyers' country.

--when cargos were returned back by other reasons that not the problems impute to seller or a problem that beyond seller's control and buyer want the cargos to be shipped back again.

 

6. About the return policy for custom-made products (like moto fairings, wedding dress, cosplay costume, etc.)

--for an exceptional case and have been come to an previous agreement, orders can be canceled within 3days after payment.

--if an refund requirement comes after 3days and without the agreement, the buyer should be punished by 30% of the trade amount as a penalty.

About the Product Availability


The most common causes of a product suddenly becoming unavailable are as follows:

 

  1. A batch of shipment from supplier fails QC (the most likely cause of sudden outage)
  2. Manufacturer changing the production line to produce some other products, resulting in the current product being temporarily unavailable.

 

When a product ordered becomes unavailable for shipment:  We will contact you to see whether you would like a refund or have the missing item replaced by another product.
